I got news yesterday that my friend in Salem got her dog(chihuahua) stolen. He is longcoat blue/white and microchipped. He is around 4lb to 4.8lbs he is 7years old and needs meds. So please can you help me and my friend keep a look out for him. Some person(boy/man) was on his bike and picked him up cause he got out of the yard somehow. So can we Lostpets/foundpets people keep a eye on here for this type of dog. Also she filed a police report of her chihuahua
